Petal collects only the information you provide directly: your email address, display name, and health data you choose to log (mood, weight, cycle dates, symptoms, workouts, and intimacy). We do not collect location data, contacts, or device identifiers.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to provide the Petal service — displaying your dashboard, generating insights, and sending optional partner notifications. We do not sell, share, or monetize your health data in any way.

3. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored in an encrypted database on servers located in the United States. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms. All connections use TLS encryption.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

You can export all your data at any time from Settings. You can delete your account and all associated data permanently from the app. Once deleted, data cannot be recovered.

5. Third Parties

We do not share your data with third parties. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services within the app.

6. Your Rights
