Frequently Asked Questions

How do I reset my password?

Tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Go to Settings → Export Data to download all your logged information as a PDF report you can share with your doctor.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Reset My Data to clear all your health data, or Settings → Delete Account to permanently remove your account. This cannot be undone.

Is my health data shared with anyone?

Never. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties. No ads, no tracking, no third-party analytics. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Does Petal work offline?

Yes! Petal stores your data locally on your device and syncs when you're back online. You can log check-ins, moods, and symptoms without an internet connection.

How accurate are the cycle predictions?

Predictions improve over time as Petal learns your unique cycle patterns. Log your periods consistently for the most accurate forecasts.

Can I use Petal if my cycles are irregular?

Absolutely. Petal adapts to irregular cycles and adjusts predictions based on your actual logged data rather than assuming a fixed cycle length.
