How do I reset my password?
Tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Go to Settings → Export Data to download all your logged information as a file.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data and cannot be undone.
Is my health data shared with anyone?
No. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
What is the partner notification feature?
If enabled, Petal can send your partner gentle reminders about your cycle phases. This is completely optional and can be turned off at any time in Settings.
